Carrier and Contractor staff can self register on the National Site
Archive by filling in the boxes below. Your username and password
will be sent to the email address you provide.
Note: Only users from previously registered companies will be
permitted to register from this web page. If you are currently
registered, or a requested username is already in use, or your
nominated carrier email is not recognised then your registration
will fail and an error will be generated.
Accessing the RFNSA
Access to the RF National Site Archive broadly falls into three categories.
- Guest Level Access - for General Public access
- Carrier and contractor/subcontractor access, used by:
- Carriers (such as Hutchison, Optus, Telstra, Vodafone)
- Radio Service Operators (RSO),
- and those who contract/sub-contract to them.
- Facility Manager Access, used by those who act as the property/facility
manager, and who have responsibilities to manage the entire site from
an OH&S perspective.
Note: The General Public can access the RFNSA simply by searching for sites
using the front page.
Access Beyond Guest Level Access

Step 1 � Determine which category of RFNSA Access above applies to your situation
Step 2 � Complete the facility manager/contractor access form online

Step 3 � Submit your request by clicking the email address at the bottom of
the RFNSA Access Request form.
Both Staff and Facility Manager categories require a check by the respective
Carrier or RSO to validate your request for RFNSA Access and to confirm:
- The Applicant�s Company is authorised by the Carrier or RSO to undertake
work on site by the Carrier or RSO�s Contract manager (for Carrier and
contractor/subcontractor access), or
- The site is managed on behalf of the site owner or manager
(for Facility Manager access).
Once the facility manager/contractor access form is submitted we will
forward it and any attached site list to the Carrier representatives
for verification and approval prior to creating your user account.
Please note the following:
- Only complete the sections relevant to your application
- The form applies to two distinct types of access to the RFNSA:
- Carrier staff and Contractor access
- Facility Manager or Owner access
- User logins are designed for a single RFNSA user
- As the RFNSA houses compliance information, a single company-wide
access login is not permitted
- Facility Managers/Owners will be provided with access to the RFNSA
which is limited for the sites they manage. Requests for access to
"all sites" or all sites of a specific carrier will not be accepted.
- Access to the RFNSA using the self registration option is not available
for Facility Managers/Owners or Carrier and Contract Staff where the
company email domain is not registered. Any additional RFNSA users have to
be added manually by the appropriate User Administrator.
